Robotics seamlessly combines science, engineering, technology, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. What Will We Learn During the Course?

Throughout the course, we use the British Micro:bit BBC device, which helps children learn how to work with:

• LED displays

• Control buttons (A and B)

• Sensors: light, temperature, accelerometer, and compass

• Analog and digital inputs/outputs

• Radio and Bluetooth transceivers, which, once programmed, allow the Micro:bit to interact with its surroundings

Practical, Project-Based Learning

This course is entirely project-based. Children will apply their knowledge to create hands-on projects:

• Using a temperature sensor, they will build a heat alarm system.

• With a light sensor, they will find the brightest spot in their home or create an automatic lamp for dark rooms.

• Using a moisture sensor and time management algorithms, they will design an automated plant watering system.

• They will develop many other projects and games that will immerse them in the exciting worlds of physics and electronics.
